I am, Wendy Landry, CEO & Founder of Bebia Cho Foods. My grandparents are George "Archie" Landry and Rose Chalifoux. I am a Deh Gah Got'ie Dene Band Member from Fort Providence, NT. A small, Northern community with a population of under 600 people and is covered in snow most of the year. In my home community, you can’t grow any fruit trees, many people have never seen one. I grew up in the Okanagan Valley, proud to be able to share my vision for reducing food waste, create jobs and to bring food security to Northern and Isolated Communities across Canada. My dream is to have our family's apple chips served in schools in Nunavut, Indigenous owned gas stations, North Mart, Air lines, and Businesses to make our products accessible, and affordable. Most importantly an easy, healthy choice you feel good eating. Not an apple fan? try one of our twisted apple chips with white chocolate, dark chocolate with sea salt or our no-nut butter and make your way to our healthier options.

Bebia Cho is Dene Zhatie which translates to "Big Baby." I grew up in the Kitchen with my parents canning, and preparing fruits every summer to bring home to our family up North. One of the biggest obstacles with the traditional way of preserving food is the weight and costs to transport items. I had always wondered about how to make our delicious BC Okanagan grown fruit accessible. I am so excited to highlight local agriculture, the fruit I grew up eating and loving. Most importantly we are transforming the apple industry! In our own way, our family makes apple chips, we bring a new twist to a classic!

I am honored to create my recipes with my family and be able to make memories now with my babies, my "Bebia Cho" Kylie, Mason & Heaven.

Our future generations, our children’s health is important and encouraging nutritious options are vital to ensure they make their own lifelong healthy choices. We welcome you to grow with our family as we expand our operations. We plan to be a trusted, house hold brand name, people feel safe feeding to their loved ones with allergies, restricted diets and meal plans. I want to build my company with community not just local but all over North America. Right now I am building the foundation for my kids to carry this on…
